Joyce DeLucca is the founder and Managing Principal of Kingsland Capital where she leads an outstanding team of experienced investment professionals with extensive industry expertise and credit experience.

Our investment professionals come from a diverse set of backgrounds including asset management, leveraged finance investment banking, mezzanine investing, merger and acquisition advisory, asset securitization, and leveraged finance capital markets. Senior investment professionals have an average of 12 years experience analyzing, selecting and managing debt investments in the high yield market. Four of the senior investment professionals previously worked together as a team.

Kingsland Capital has organized its investment professionals by industry to best position them to pursue investment opportunities in their areas of expertise. Each brings deep industry-specific knowledge to bear on developing and executing insightful investment strategies.
